Oversees a broad range of administrative and clerical duties in support of department operations. Directs workflow. Ensures a consistent and professional appearance in all communications in written and verbal form. Assists with research and provides administrative support to special projects. Assists in making recommendations to management on process improvement new processes tools and techniques. Works with sensitive and confidential information often involving the interpretation of policies and procedures. Assists with orienting and providing on-the-job skills training to others.

Day Shift on site. M-F between 7 or 8a start time. 40 hrs. per week. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Easily adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi tasking. Need to be familiar with Word excel power point outlook and teams. must be experienced in taking meeting minutes coordinating and Work Experience:High School Education/GED or equivalent: PreferredAssociates/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: PreferredTwo years administrative and clerical experience in a healthcare setting: Preferred
