About the Opportunity

A high-velocity player in the BPO / Sales Outsourcing and HR-tech-enabled customer acquisition sector delivering lead generation and revenue growth services to enterprise and consumer clients across India. We run large-scale outbound campaigns and appointment-setting programs to drive sales pipeline and customer conversions. This is an on-site entry-level role based in India designed for ambitious freshers who want to build a career in sales.

Telesales Executive (On-site India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to engage prospects qualify leads and generate interest in products/services.
  • Deliver scripted and consultative sales pitches; adapt messaging to prospect needs to maximise conversions.
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs call volumes conversion rate appointments set and follow-up adherence.
  • Accurately record call outcomes prospect details and next actions in the CRM to ensure data hygiene and follow-through.
  • Handle objections qualify buying intent close basic sales or schedule demo/meetings for senior sales team members.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine call scripts outreach workflows and campaign targeting based on feedback and results.
