Job Summary
Responsibilities:
•
Design & Engineering: Develop technical specs drawings and documentation for PLC/DCS/SCADA systems; perform instrument sizing & selection control panel design.
•
Programming & Configuration: Develop PLC/DCS logic (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens Honeywell Emerson) and SCADA/HMI graphics (e.g. Wonderware FactoryTalk).
•
Commissioning & Testing: Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) loop checks I/O testing and field instrument calibration.
•
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in live control systems; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
•
Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (process electrical project managers) for project lifecycle from concept to handover.
•
Documentation: Maintain instrument indexes update P&IDs create operation manuals and prepare project reports.
•
Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to industry standards (ISA IEC) and safety regulations.
