Role: SpringCM / Docusign CLM

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Gather requirements from business teams (like Legal Finance and IT) and translate them into technical solutions
Create and maintain DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions including templates envelopes Approvals and Workflows as per business process
Experience with Docusign CLM system administration
Experience with C# snippet coding within DocuSign Workflows
Experience configuring integrations with 3rd party systems such as SFDC or Workday (e.g. Salesforce SAP SharePoint) using REST APIs
Build and manage workflows for document generation approvals and routing.
Make sure solutions adhere to security privacy and data protection standards.
Resolve functionality and integration issues provide end-user training and offer ongoing support.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any configuration or workflow problems

Skills:

Should have at least 5 years of experiences in DocuSign CLM and functional areas.
Should have Experience with DocuSign eSignature and/or CLM.
Proficiency in DocuSign APIs (REST/SOAP) and SDKs.
Strong understanding of digital signature workflows and document lifecycle management.
Good to have DocuSign Certifications
Good to have Salesforce ecosystem knowledge and functional process.
Good to have C# knowledge and technical abilities
