This role sits within an Agency-focused Line of Business where you will work closely with advertising agencies managing multiple client portfolios across diverse industries.
Role Overview
Depending on project needs and individual readiness you may start in one of the following roles:
All roles are B2B-facing and focused on consultative sales advertiser success and long-term relationship management
Key Responsibilities
Engage proactively with advertising agencies and direct advertisers
Support onboarding activation and campaign optimization
Act as a trusted advisor on digital advertising solutions
Build and manage long-term client and agency relationships
Handle objections performance analysis and strategic planning
Drive revenue growth across multiple business segments
Profile Requirements
12 years of experience in digital advertising ad tech or agency environments
Familiarity with digital platforms and campaign planning
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance optimization
Training & Onboarding
15 paid working days of training fully conducted in English
Combination of theoretical sessions role plays simulations and live call observation
Final assessment prior to contract signature
Compensation Package
Base salary: 929.00 gross/month
Holiday allowance: 77.42/month
Christmas allowance: 77.42/month
Meal allowance: 7.00 per working day ( 154.00/month) paid via prepaid card
Total fixed monthly package: 1237.83 gross
Variable performance bonus: up to 2400 per year based on individual performance
Private health and dental insurance after contract signature
Salary components are paid monthly in line with Portuguese labor law
Contract & Working Conditions
Fixed-term employment contract (12 months) with long-term continuation prospects
Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday to Friday
Initial on-site period (first 3 months) followed by potential hybrid/remote work based on performance
Office-based in Lisbon
22 days of paid annual leave plus Portuguese public holidays
