Key Responsibilities
- Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and advertiser experience
- Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and B2B customer support cases across email and chat channels
- Own customer queries and drive resolution by collaborating closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams
- Support advertisers with generic technical and product-related issues
- Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring service quality throughout the full case journey
- Provide clear and timely updates across all customer touchpoints
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining best-in-class productivity
- Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on:
- Product features
- Common issue types
- Best practices for digital advertising success
Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

Proven experience in paid campaign management

Degree in Marketing or a related field

Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environment
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and a solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals

Excellent customer service communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Working Schedule

Initial Schedule: Monday to Sunday 07:00 19:00

Rotating shifts: 07:00 16:00 / 10:00 19:00

2 rotating days off

Future Schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts Monday to Sunday
Compensation & Benefits
-
Base Salary: 920.00 gross/month (paid in 14 months)

Complexity Bonus: 40.00 gross/month (paid in 11 months)

Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
- Relocation & Accommodation (for candidates relocating from outside Portugal)
- Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (free after 6 months enrollment requires a valid NIF and NISS)
