Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the companys overall supply chain and logistics strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity. This role involves planning implementing and monitoring supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of products and services cost optimization and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage procurement inventory control warehousing and transportation processes.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales production finance) to forecast demand and plan inventory.
  • Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes ERP systems and inventory management.
  • Excellent negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.



  • Required Skills:
