Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Coordination & Merchandising: Act as a liaison between the head office and vendor factories for order execution and daily production updates. Coordinate all stages of production including cutting stitching washing finishing and packing. Ensure timely execution of production plans according to shipment deadlines and buyer requirements. Work closely with the merchandising team to understand buyer specifications tech packs BOMs and approvals. Manage sample follow-ups from pro to fit size set pre-production (PP) to shipment samples. 2. Technical & Quality Supervision Ensure the correct interpretation of tech packs and patterns by factory technical teams. Monitor fabric utilization cutting consumption marker efficiency and wastage control. Coordinate with the fabric and trims department for timely availability of raw materials. Oversee inline and final quality control (QC) procedures ensuring buyer-approved quality standards are met. Identify and resolve technical or production bottlenecks on the factory floor. Conduct regular factory visits to supervise production progress and maintain production discipline. 3. Communication & Reporting: Maintain constant communication with factory managers QC heads and merchandisers. Prepare daily and weekly production status reports and escalate delays or quality issues proactively. Coordinate between internal departments merchandising sampling QA logistics and documentation for seamless order flow. Attend buyer meetings or virtual calls when required to provide production updates. 4. Leadership & Ground Management: Guide factory supervisors and workers to maintain production efficiency and compliance with timelines. Motivate and ensure smooth coordination between on-field and off-field teams. Exhibit problem-solving and decision-making ability under tight timelines.

Technical knowledge of garment manufacturing (woven/knitwear) including cutting stitching finishing and packaging. Strong understanding of fabric types GSM shrinkage dyeing and finishing processes. Knowledge of quality control (AQL standards) and garment inspection procedures. Excellent coordination and follow-up skills. Good command over spoken and written English; capable of professional communication with vendors and buyers. Proficiency in Excel email correspondence and basic ERP systems (preferred). Ability to work on-field (factory visits) and off-field (office coordination) with equal efficiency. Must possess leadership qualities and the ability to get work done through others.
