Job Title: Site Merchandiser II
Location: Bangalore
Duration: 8 Months
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
The top key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly GTM (Go-To-Market) initiatives including all aspects of merchandising for the aforementioned programs
- Own end-to-end execution of marketing assets CLM stores and content for high-visibility events (HVEs)
- Drive discoverability across the Clients properties (Gateway etc.) and off-the Clients channels
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design teams Central Marketing Team Product Marketing Managers and Product Managers to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Plan and execute best-in-class site and outbound merchandising strategies(including push and whatsapp)
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on performance of marketing activations (both BAU and Event specific)
- Provide insights on customer engagement across cohorts (repeat vs. new customers Prime Vs Non-Prime Settled vs Non-Settled)
- Work closely with teams on workstreams like Deals Category partnerships and bank partnerships
- Deliver regular written updates to stakeholders
- Drive impact through automation experimentation and customer-centric storytelling
Leadership Principles:
- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize in ambiguous environments
Mandatory Requirements:
- Well-versed with MS Excel (required)
- Comfort with data tools and basic SQL
- Capability to learn HTML XML and in-house tools quickly
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up recommendations
Education or Certification:
- Bachelors Degree.
- 1 3 years of experience in marketing merchandising or program management (preferred within the Clients ecosystem)
