Our client is a fashion cooperation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Coordinate with laboratory leadership to roll out standardized testing procedures across assigned Tier 1 and Tier 2 laboratories.
Verify that in-house factory labs and approved component/material suppliers comply with established testing protocols and quality requirements.
Collect consolidate and review testing data from internal laboratories and external service providers to support quality analysis.
Regularly evaluate laboratory testing capability and capacity identifying opportunities for performance and efficiency improvement.
Assist the laboratory team in key initiatives such as system updates audit preparation regulatory compliance programs and other quality-related projects.
Analyze laboratory test results identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
Requirements
Over 10 years of professional experience within the footwear industry with strong exposure to product development industrialization manufacturing or quality assurance.
35 years of proven experience leading and managing teams.
Deep understanding of material selection and application based on performance and end-use requirements.
Strong expertise in footwear construction methods and structural design.
Comprehensive knowledge of seasonal development calendars milestone expectations and cross-functional deliverables.
Advanced technical background in materials lasts molds tooling compound formulation and foot biomechanics.
Highly proficient in the use of technical measurement and evaluation tools commonly used in footwear development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
