Job Summary

Were looking for an EHS Coordinator who is passionate about creating safe compliant and well-organized work environments. This role supports facility-wide safety programs hazard communication and daily EHS operations with a strong focus on proactive risk reduction. Its an excellent opportunity for someone early to mid-career who wants to grow within a structured safety function especially those with exposure to healthcare or complex facility environments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing and maintaining facility safety programs inspections and compliance initiatives.
Support HAZMAT handling documentation and response procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
Conduct routine safety walkthroughs and help identify corrective actions for workplace hazards.
Contribute to OSHA compliance activities including recordkeeping training coordination and incident reporting.
Partner with operations and maintenance teams to promote safe work practices and reinforce safety culture.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Safety Environmental Science or related field preferred.
15 years of EHS experience in a facility industrial or healthcare setting.
Working knowledge of OSHA standards and general industry safety requirements.
Familiarity with HAZMAT protocols chemical handling or emergency response procedures.
Strong communication skills with the ability to support safety initiatives across multiple departments.
Detail-oriented organized and proactive in identifying risks and recommending solutions.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
Basic computer skills for documentation reporting and training coordination.
