Our product portfolio regards to implement product features in Automotive Electronic domain such as Body Control Module Central Gateway from MCAL Layer Basic SW to Application SW. Our electrical drives for windows and sunroofs are designed for safe and comfortable opening and closing functions. Seat motors and drives enable the vehicle passengers to adjust their seat to a more comfortable position for comfortable and secure driving.
As an Admin Intern you will:
- Support for associates
- Administrative tasks
- Asset management: Tracking distributing shipment
- Office supply inventory: Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Onboarding and offboarding support
- Stationary purchasing
- Team engagement:
- Organize team engagement activities and occasional internal events
- Take part in event design internal communication and do MC role when needed
- Write post-event recaps and publish them on Bosch internal media platforms
- Meeting preparation: Assist in preparing logistics and materials for Department Meeting Group Meeting Workshop
- Support coordination of internal training sessions
- Support for management
- Visitor & Customer coordination from other countries (invitation letter welcome board visitor card meeting preparation etc.)
- Other tasks to be assigned by managers
- Improvement for admin topics
- Proactively propose efficiency improvement for admin topics
- Other ad-hoc requests assigned by HoD and department sectary
Qualifications :
- 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Business Foreign Languages Economics or related fields
- Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship
- Excellent English skills both in Speaking and Writing
- Good communication and interpersonal skill and teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Power point)
- Possess a strong design skill is a plus
- Customer service mindset with a keen eye for detail and strong sense of responsibility
