Your day to day as a SOCIAL SERVICES PROGRAM MANAGER

As a new Social Services Program Manager at the Korean Womens Association you can expect a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on planning operating and coordinating various social service programs. Each day youll engage in data collection and data analytics/reporting ensuring compliance and quality assurance across all initiatives. You will facilitate community engagement and collaboration enhancing service delivery through effective case management and systems improvement. Expect to lead project management efforts utilizing tools like GetCare and Salesforce for digital tracking systems streamlining operations management processes.

Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM allowing for a structured yet flexible approach to fulfilling your role in the nonprofit sector. Embrace the opportunity to develop leadership and supervision skills while making a meaningful impact in the community.

You should possess excellent analytical skills to manage data analytics and reporting ensuring compliance with funder requirements. Furthermore strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to supervise program staff support their development and foster collaboration both internally and with external partners.

Finally a commitment to continuous improvement will help identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions enhancing program quality and efficiency. This position will be assigned to manage programs at the need and planning of the Social Services Director.
