| KRA1 | Online Refunds: Oversee the process of online refunds including verification approval and timely issuance to customers while adhering to company policies and procedures. and Banking Activities: Execute various treasury operations such as fund transfers deposits and withdrawals in accordance with established guidelines. Monitor bank account balances and liquidity to optimize cash utilization and mitigate financial risks. Flow Management: Assist in forecasting cash flow requirements and analyzing variances to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs. Recommend strategies to enhance cash flow efficiency and minimize borrowing costs. | |
| KRA2 | Cash and Card Reconciliation: Conduct daily reconciliations of cash and card transactions across stores to ensure accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain financial integrity. -wise Reconciliations for Online Sales: Perform detailed reconciliations for online sales transactions matching orders with corresponding payments to identify any discrepancies. Reconciliations and Recovery: Manage reconciliation processes with franchise partners ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts as per agreed terms. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve payment issues and discrepancies effectively. |
