How to be Successful in the Role:
Your success will stem from the timely installation troubleshooting repair and maintenance of communications equipment and systems. Embrace changing technology and learning opportunities recognize your knowledge limits and foster collaboration through effective communication. Attention to detail being organized accountable and punctual will further your success. Emergency Management has a strong onboarding program to ensure employees have received department information points of contact and resources such as computers phones and other addition the management team will work directly with the supervisors to provide opportunities for information sharing and regular feedback. The employee will also be eligible to attend FEMA-approved training courses.

Throughout the onboarding process you will meet regularly with supervisors teams and the admin team to discuss expectations set goals identify priorities and gain familiarity with current policies procedures and strategic measures. Minimum Qualifications:
