Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time strategic Affiliate & Ambassador Specialist to join the Content & Community team at Trove Brands. As an Affiliate and Ambassador Specialist you will play a pivotal role that supports a multi-brand creator ecosystem across Owala BlenderBottle and Oath Nutrition. You will help recruit onboard and support ambassadors affiliates athletes and creator partners. You will partner with cross-functional teams to grow community increase awareness and drive sales while keeping programs organized and scalable.
Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Management:
- Partner with our Ambassador & Affiliate Manager to design and execute ambassador and affiliate programs to meet marketing and sales objectives.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Identify and recruit potential ambassadors and affiliates who align with the brands values and target audience.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new partners understand program expectations tools and resources.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors and affiliates to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
- Provide ongoing support communication and engagement to ensure partners are motivated and informed.
- Content and Campaign Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional content and materials for ambassadors and affiliates.
- Coordinate seeding content delivery and asset organization across ambassador and affiliate campaigns
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ambassador and affiliate programs using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all ambassador and affiliate activities comply with brand legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain high-quality standards for content and interactions to protect the brands reputation.
Qualifications :
- Proven work experience as an Affiliate or Ambassador Specialist Influencer Specialist or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a deep understanding of social media language metrics trends and culture.
- Proficiency with creator and affiliate tools including Superfiliate TikTok Shop CJ Affiliate Shopify and Google Suite.
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as TikTok Instagram Facebook YouTube and more.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
