North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls MT is looking to hire a Full-Time Private Brands Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self. As a Private Brands Customer Service Coordinator at North 40 you will be responsible for managing our traditional customer service responsibilities but with a motive grounded in providing exceptional service and solutions to our customers. Additional duties will be to support the e-commerce and in-store experience of our brands so that they complement the hospitality initiatives that we seek to achieve. This role may include or develop into various marketing activities such as customer loyalty or appreciation initiatives consumer-facing event support and retail training events.
This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm. This shift may include working weekends and certain holidays based on business needs.
Qualifications :
Customer Service
- Primary contact for all inquiries we receive under our private brand support emails and web forms. Coordinating with others on the team as necessary to provide the best response and solution for the customer.
- Product questions
- Sponsorships and Donation requests
- Bulk Special Orders/Corporate Sales
- Warranty and Defective claims
- Assist with online order discrepancies by responding directly to the customers and working with
- the store teams to correct future order issues.
- Track orders to ensure ALL orders are processed and progressing through the fulfillment process.
- Document shipping errors such as incomplete/wrong items failure to remove security tags and use of incorrect packaging and shipping to incorrect customers/addresses.
- Completes the daily ecommerce reconciliation processprimarily matching POS transactions to credit card and gift card transaction records.
- Reviews daily Quantity Not Zero report and works to balance ecommerce inventory by completing transfers creating sales returning sales etc. as needed.
Marketing & Sales
- Support our retail and ecommerce brand experience with concepts and solutions that communicate the stories we want to be told and address common customer questions that can be answered before they even become a question.
- Identify and understand common questions and suggestions from our daily customer interactions and provide suggestions and solutions that will improve the overall experience with our brand through online and store resources
- Work closely with our marketing team to manage Yotpo our web application for product page customer questions and reviews.
- Work closely with our marketing team to grow our email and account lists
- Support the e-commerce fulfillment experience so that every shipment whether it is your first
- from us or your fiftieth is a unique and memorable one.
- Assist with other opportunities and tasks such as event support store requests and
- communication and more as needed.
