About The Role
As Sales Operations Manager you will design implement and optimize the systems and processes that drive Libras go-to-market success. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales youll act as the strategic link between Sales Marketing Customer Success and Financeensuring operational excellence data integrity and actionable insights across the entire revenue funnel. This is a hands-on high-impact role for someone passionate about building structure enabling teams and turning data into decisions.
