Job Summary

Your contribution to something big:

- Learn and support the correct and complete execution of VM (Vehicle Motion) - relevant controls in accordance with central directives and standard work instructions.

- Support the other colleagues at the department in analyzing deviations and defining adequate measures.

- Contribute to the documentation of controls identified deviations and measures in the designated IT application.

- Support the follow-up of measures and the evaluation of their implementation and effectiveness.

- Participate in continuous improvement and digitization initiatives within the ICS (Internal Control System) environment. E.g. support the automatation of the controls by developping a BOT.

- Contribute to the analysis and visualization of ICS data using digital tools (e.g. Power BI dashboards SQL queries Python scripts).

- Support the VM ICS (Vehicle Motion Internal Control System) Manager in governance topics such as

Monitoring activities and reporting
Identification of risks not covered by centrally defined controls
Assistance in root cause analysis and definition of corrective/preventive measures in case of deviations
Contribution to the maintenance of ICS knowledge platforms (e.g. Docupedia)

- Execute additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

- Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies in Business Administration Finance Data Analytics or related disciplines.

- Interest in risk management internal controls and governance topic

- First experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI SQL); knowledge of Python is an advantage

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Analytical and structured working style with attention to detail.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Reliability proactive attitude and openness to learning.

- Good English skills in speaking and writing; German knowledge is a plus
