Job purpose / Objective
The purpose of this position is to create a culture across value chain that embraces the adaption of BPS principles in line with business requirement and fulfillment of BPS standards.
Primary responsibility
1. Strategy Implementation
Key Activities :
Create ideas to determine flexibility of utilizing lean manufacturing by kaizen and conduct root-cause analysis to formulate and support innovation corrective actions and improvements
Key Result Areas / Indicators :
Adherence to training calendar and skill management
2. Employee Engagement & Improvement Initiatives
Key Activities :
Contribute through motivating employees to identify gaps to prevent waste and inefficiency in production along with benchmarking the best practices to achieve manufacturing excellence

3. Competence Development
Key Activities :
Conduct BPS qualification & competence development programmes for value stream to build competency in the plant
Key Result Areas / Indicators :
Review and steering SQCD target timely inputs for business process engineering wage payment
4. Assessments
Key Activities :
Assist value stream in developing and implementing BPS plans that align with overall business strategy use input to establish BPS standards during concept and implementation of I4.0 projects related to BPS maturity

I4.0 No of use cases; savings generated through use cases
5. Competence Development
Key Activities :
Develop competencies in the functional area based on present and future trends as per the business requirements

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in mechanical / industrial & production
Experience :
* 3 years of experience in operational business (production logistics planning etc.)
* Experience of participating in lean improvement projects
* Experience in lean methods related to production logistics and project management
