Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on end-user support for hardware software and digital workplace tools.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Teams as core collaboration platforms.
- Monitor and analyze service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and promote best practices.
- Support users across the EUE-EUNE area as part of the Area Business IT Team
- Participate in local and area-level IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Area business IT and EMEA infrastructure Teams to roll out updates migrations and technical projects
- Maintain site-specific IT documentation including asset inventories and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with IT governance group policies and security standards.
- Manage IT assets and costs efficiently support budgeting
- Stakeholder management: regular contact with local GM and Area Business IT Manager
- Coordinate external IT suppliers vendors and support partners.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows Microsoft 365 mobile device management and hardware troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365 expertise (mandatory) Microsoft Teams proficiency.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
Preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
- Exposure to ERP systems or Salesforce.
- Work experience with ITSM systems (ServiceNOW etc.)
