Our headquarters are in Los Angeles California but we are a truly global company with team-members across the U.S. Europe South America Africa and Asia/Pacific. We have gone to a fully remote working platform so that we can attract the worlds best talent.

All roles at THE/STUDIO are 100% remote from anywhere in the world as long as you have all your tools and a fast stable internet connection!

The Role

Were looking for a Data Specialist to own our data pipelines analytics and reporting end-to-end. Youll design build and maintain dashboards and reports used across the company ensure data accuracy and reliability and proactively identify anomalies or issues before they impact decision-making. Working closely with engineering and business teams in a fully remote environment youll play a key role in helping the company operate as a truly data-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

• Pipeline and data warehouse management (Stitch and Google BigQuery)

• PowerBI

  • Design build and maintain dashboards for different teams

  • Write and maintain DAX measures calculated columns and calculated tables

• Google Analytics

  • Setting up and validating tracking in coordination with engineering team

  • Building on-demand custom reports for different teams

• Analyse and interpret data

Expectations:

• Data validation / Attention to detail - all dashboards and reports must be double checked. We are relying heavily on data and we must trust data reported is 100% accurate at all times.

• Proactive anomaly detection - build a system in such a way that you can spot and report anomalies and proactively detect and solve issues in reporting or analytics.

• High level of organisation - work must be organised documented and tracked (Trello Slack deployment logs).

• Cooperation and communication - since we are a fully remote company we are relying heavily on Slack. Every message must be attended acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner.

• Responsibility - You will be fully responsible for all of the above mentioned expectations. No excuses.

About You:

• 3 years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst / Data Specialist / Analytics-focused role.

• Proven experience managing data pipelines and warehouses (e.g. Stitch or similar ETL tools Google BigQuery).

• Strong working knowledge of Power BI including building dashboards and writing DAX measures calculated columns and tables.

• Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) including event tracking and data interpretation.

• Demonstrated ability to validate data QA dashboards and ensure reporting accuracy.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends spot anomalies and translate data into actionable insights.

• Experience building custom on-demand reports for cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable owning analytics end-to-end with high attention to detail and accountability.

• Highly organized able to document work and track tasks using tools like Trello or similar.

• Clear responsive communicator in a fully remote environment.
