About the Role

What You Will Own

Develop learning strategies aligned with business priorities.

Lead signature technical learning experiences such as bootcamps workshops hackathons and certification sprints.

Partner with SMEs leaders and external trainers to deliver engaging and relevant content.

Manage learning platforms and ensure a smooth high-engagement learner journey.

Use data and dashboards to assess program effectiveness and communicate insights.

Mentor a small team and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery.
