• Print Labels port tickets WIP tickets production orders and specification sheets for shift
• Staffing for packers and line assignments based on standards
• Manage training for new packers & trainers
• Coordination of meal and breaks for packers
• Communicate with set-up and warehouse team
• Backup for production team leads
• Review weekly records for production master cleaning
• Maintain inventory for production labels port tickets WIP labels
• Ensure line is ready for set up process by clearing line
• Manages packers when line goes down and reviews work assignments
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Must work overtime as required
