Job Summary

Job Title: Senior IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Consultant / Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in MAS 8.x/9.x MAS Health & Monitor and Maximo 7.6 implementations for enterprise Manufacturing customers. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and functional knowledge of asset management processes lead high-complexity enhancements and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams in an agile delivery model.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale mission-critical MAS solution deployed for a global leader in advanced energy storage and power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Execute enhancements and configurations for a high-complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution including related add-ons.
Lead hands-on design and implementation of epics and features using an agile delivery approach.
Act as a key liaison between client internal teams and third-party vendors to support decision-making and solution alignment.
Provide deep expertise in MAS Health & Monitor to support asset monitoring performance insights and predictive maintenance.
Review track and report delivery milestones risks and dependencies; proactively plan upcoming quarterly activities.
Deliver status reporting to both the client and internal management on project progress and outcomes.
Support implementation upgrade and production support activities for Maximo versions 7.6 and above.
Ensure solutions align with asset management best practices performance and scalability requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of IBM Maximo (7.6 or higher) preferably for Manufacturing customers.
Strong hands-on expertise with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x / 9.x.
Critical expertise in MAS Health & Monitor.
Experience with Maximo implementation upgrade and support engagements.
Knowledge of Maximo add-ons and related technologies including:
- MAS Predict & MRIO (preferred)
Strong understanding of asset management processes.
Database experience with IBM DB2.
Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for agile delivery backlog management and CI/CD processes.
MAS 8/9 hands-on experience and certification (preferred).

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience delivering end-to-end Maximo implementations for Manufacturing clients.
Experience conducting requirements design and UAT workshops including for Rail industry customers.
Experience delivering Maximo training to business and technical users.
Knowledge of infrastructure planning including middleware database and server sizing.
