About The Role
Were looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of up to 11 Major & Strategic Account Executives within the Eastern European markets while carrying your own quota as a player-coach. This is a high-impact leadership role where youll shape Libras enterprise sales motion drive revenue growth and foster a culture of performance and collaboration.
Youll report to a Head of Sales and work closely with the local Polish Romanian Czech and Hungarian business units Marketing Customer Success and Legal Engineering teams to ensure your team delivers exceptional value to Big Law firms and large corporate legal departments across Europe.
