All the operational tasks related to sales activities are job scope and thus responsible tasks change constantly.
Responsibilities Perform system operations using CRM and local EC systems (e.g. SFDC)
System Master file maintenance (e.g. Customer master Sales assign master product master price master)
Apply Organizational change in timely manner (e.g. new user new authorization structure approval process etc.)
Provide user training to new users and existing users when needed
Inquiry handling from sales customers and patients as needed
Develop sales related reports to support business analysis
System enhancement for better data management and quality
Handle system-related issues and coordinate with the IT team to resolve them
Improve existing business processes
Analyze improvement area of existing operational process
Develop improvement plan and work with the team to execute the plan under supervision
Support sales execution and related activities
Respond to sales inquiries channel inquiries to the right person and/or consult with the appropriate internal or external person.
Facilitate IT-related communication between sales representatives and customers (e.g. coordination with IT teams)
Monitor compliance for sales representatives and customers related to sales activities
Support the internal audit processes for related sales systems
Participate in cross functional projects as a user representative
IT projects (CRM system improvement etc.)
New product launch projects
Publish sales related reports which is to be automated
Ad-hoc reports
One time data consolidation (for base data for analysis)

Understanding of or interest in the Contact Lens market and consumer trends

5 years of work experience with ERP/CRM systems
IT system operations or administration experience is strongly preferred
5 years of sales operation experience

Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
