Digital Tool Developer, Associate, Portfolio & Change Management

We are seeking someone to join our Project Management Team as a Associate as Digital Innovation Developer.

In the Finance division we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management review analysis and advisory services of the Firms financial and capital resources

This resource specification is for a Digital Tool Developer that would work in the Global Finance Organization supporting Regulatory Report Team which is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of programs.

The Developer would act as the point person between Finance Operations Reference Data and the technology teams during all phases of the program management life cycle:

1) Initiation phase
2) Requirement & analysis phase
3) Design and build phase.
4) Testing phase
5) Implementation phase

What youll do in the role:
- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area product and/or client segments
- Adhere to the Firms risk and regulatory standards policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work
- Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firms values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
- Participate in business analysis to gather and translate requirements.
- Design automation solutions using Alteryx Power BI Tableau UiPath and similar tools.
- Develop software products aligned with the automation roadmap.
- Support testing and ensure output meets defined quality standards.
- Collaborate with users for solution deployment post-go-live support and handover.
- Conduct demos and training sessions for business stakeholders.
- Analyse existing manual processes and identify areas for control enhancements and efficiency.
- Create validate and distribute daily P&L reports for review by finance and business teams.
- Contribute to risk and reporting initiatives and UAT testing.
- Understand business strategies products and risk areas supported by Finance.

What youll bring to the role
- In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area product and/or client segment and technical skills as well as of industry and competitive environment
- Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities
- Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes
- Strong academic background preferably with a specialization in Financial Accounting
- Fair understanding of the daily P&L validation and substantiation performed in a product control function.
- Understand the businesses supported including the strategy products and inherent risks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and maintain high attention to detail .
- Technical Skills:
- Business Intelligence: Tableau Power BI
- Data Analytics & Automation: Alteryx (certification preferred) UiPath
- Programming /Tools (Nice to have): VBA Python Gen AI
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- At least 2 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
