How youll make an impact
- Lead and coach a highperforming maintenance team.
- Build preventive programs for HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical.
- Plan and deliver repairs renovations and capital projects.
- Manage budgets and negotiate smart vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and building codes.
- Run a CMMS to prioritize work and track performance.
- Inspect facilities and drive timely corrective actions.
- Strengthen emergency readiness for outages and incidents.
Your background
- Bachelors in Facilities Management Engineering Business or equivalent experience.
- 710 years in facilities; 35 years leading teams in corporate or manufacturing settings.
- Deep knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing mechanical and fire systems.
- Proven success with preventive maintenance and CMMS.
- Skilled in budgeting contracting and capital project oversight.
- Certifications such as CFM/FMP are a plus; proficiency with Microsoft 365
