Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure.
  • Document all help desk interactions and resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in data analytics enterprise information management or digital transformation is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $30000 to $40000 annually. Benefits include health insurance retirement plans paid time off and professional development opportunities.
