An Outstanding Ofsted-rated girls secondary school in Kingston is seeking a creative and driven Photography ECT to join their Visual Arts Faculty from January.
About the School
The school has a strong reputation for academic excellence and creative arts. ECTs are well supported with reduced teaching loads expert mentoring and regular CPD.
About the Photography Department
The department is well-resourced with digital cameras editing software and studio spaces. Students produce high-quality coursework and exhibitions throughout the year.
The Role
Teach Photography across KS4.
Support students with coursework development and practical techniques.
Contribute to exhibitions and creative enrichment projects.
Work closely with experienced colleagues to develop teaching practice.
Requirements
QTS achieved by January and a degree in Photography or Art-related subject.
Strong digital photography and editing skills.
Enthusiasm for developing students creative confidence.
