About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in the DACH region with a focus on the German digital advertising market. You will lead strategic sales efforts manage a high-value pipeline and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the adtech ecosystem. This is a high-impact role for a consultative results-driven sales professional with deep market knowledge and international experience.
Responsibilities
Own and manage a full sales pipeline: lead generation outreach prioritization and performance tracking
Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing across Germany and the broader DACH region
Build strong relationships with decision-makers at publishers SSPs platforms and media companies
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline performance
Tailor the companys global value proposition into localized impactful sales narratives
Collaborate with product marketing and customer success teams to support long-term client growth
Share insights on regional market trends to influence strategy and product development
Represent the company at industry events across Europe both virtually and in-person
Requirements
4 years of B2B sales experience in programmatic advertising / adtech with strong DACH market expertise
Proven track record managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets
Strong network across publishers SSPs and media platforms
Experience pitching and closing complex deals with senior stakeholders
Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills at C-suite VP and Director levels
Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
Consultative client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Bachelors degree required; MBA is a plus
