Job Summary
We are looking for a Smart Building & Physical Security Sales Manager who is responsible for project-based sales and technical-commercial support for ICT information systems data integration and building automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the sales and technical coordination point for ICT Security and Building Automation solution integration projects including conducting customer meetings and translating customer needs into system solutions.
- Delivering detailed ICT and BAS system specifications.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis and using CRM analytics to evaluate project and customer performance across EMEA.
- Building data pipelines using Python SQL APIs NLP and workflow automation; supporting analysis and visualization.
- Design SOPs optimizing processes.
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate international logistics.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science ICT Engineering or equivalent.
- 45 years of relevant experience in ICT Building Automation sales data analytics or related roles.
- Experience in process optimization and SOP development.
- Strong skills in cross-functional coordination stakeholder management market analysis and project-based sales.
- Skilled in SQL Python Machine Learning API integration workflow automation data visualization and CRM analytics.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; German language skills are a plus.
