About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead growth and market development in Nigerias industrial automation sector. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions to critical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed annual targets.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.

  • Identify onboard and manage local partners and system integrators to strengthen the channel ecosystem.

  • Drive the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and contract closure.

  • Stay informed on market trends competitor strategies and evolving customer needs to uncover new opportunities.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: 510 years in sales within industrial automation or process control technologies.

  • Proven success in sectors such as Power Generation and Oil & Gas within Nigeria.

  • Strong network among end-users EPCs and system integrators.

  • Previous experience with major automation vendors or reputable system integrators.

  • Solid technical understanding of DCS PLC SCADA systems and instrumentation.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Automation Chemical) or related discipline.
