Compensation Range
Base Salary: $44.50/ hour (Approx. $93000 / year)
Total Annual Compensation (including bonus): Approx. $105000 / year comprehensive benefits package
Key Responsibilities ( Top-Priority Duties)
Plan develop and manage product concepts and OEM coordination ensuring product
quality and compliance.
Formulate and execute sales strategies across retail and wholesale channels including client
negotiation and coordination.
Expand EC and B2B channels while driving promotional initiatives.
Optimize supply chain operations and inventory management.
Supervise and develop the merchandising team (Assistant Manager and others).
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising retail or product development.
Proven experience managing OEM manufacturers and suppliers including quality control and scheduling.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
