- Monday & Tuesday: 12:008:00 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: Flexible hours
What Youll Do - Support the Program Director in daily program operations
- Supervise and mentor Youth Counselors
- Maintain a safe structured and engaging residential environment
- Coordinate recreational educational and therapeutic activities
- Build positive professional relationships with youth
- Ensure accurate documentation scheduling and communication
- Support staff training and onboarding
- Use traumainformed behavioral management and crisis intervention skills
- Collaborate with clinicians and program stakeholders
- Ensure facility safety cleanliness and transportation needs are met
What Were Looking For - Strong communication organization and leadership skills
- Compassionate teamoriented and dependable
- Ability to work effectively in a highenergy highstress environment
- Creative selfmotivated and detailoriented
- Comfortable using computer systems and written documentation
Qualifications - 21 years or older
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Associates or Bachelors degree (or 60 college credits) or
- High school diploma/GED plus qualifying experience per NH Child Care Licensing Regulations
