3. About the Role
BHOUT is seeking a Head of B2B to lead develop and scale its global B2B vertical - across fitness chains independent gyms corporate offices hospitality groups military/defense organizations universities and clinical/healthcare partners.
This is a hybrid strategic hands-on leadership role. At an early stage you will act as the primary B2B seller personally leading outreach meetings demos negotiations and deal closures across multiple countries. You will travel frequently build a strong international network and directly open key markets and partnerships.
Beyond closing deals you will own the long-term success of B2B clients ensuring satisfaction retention usage and expansion a critical part of BHOUTs business model where clients pay both an upfront fee and an ongoing monthly subscription.
As the vertical grows you will build and lead the B2B Customer Success & Support team responsible for partner enablement after-sales service account growth and relationship management.
Reporting directly to the COO you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing Head of Customer Success & Support and Head of Production & Logistics to ensure a seamless end-to-end world-class B2B experience.
As Head of B2B you will design and lead the global B2B vertical - from sales to deployment and to success positioning BHOUT as a worldwide category leader across gyms corporates hospitality groups military institutions and clinical environments. You will be the pioneer who opens new markets closes strategic deals retains clients and builds the global team that will scale BHOUTs B2B ecosystem.
4. What Youll Do
Primary Global B2B Seller (Early Stage)
- Personally lead full-cycle sales for priority regions and strategic accounts.
- Travel internationally to meet partners attend events close deals and build BHOUTs presence in key markets.
- Represent BHOUT in front of C-level executives institutional bodies and multinational organizations.
- Build a strong global network across fitness corporate wellness hospitality military and clinical ecosystems.
Lead the Global B2B Vertical
- Define and execute the global B2B strategy across all relevant segments: Fitness Corporate Hospitality Military/Defense Education and Clinical/Healthcare.
- Structure the B2B vertical end-to-end building the processes standards and playbooks required to scale internationally.
End-to-End Ownership of the B2B Client Lifecycle
- Lead the full B2B vertical from acquisition to long-term account management.
- Ensure clients remain active engaged and satisfied protecting and growing BHOUTs recurring subscription revenue.
- Oversee deployment partner onboarding training usage monitoring and service quality.
Build and Lead B2B Customer Success & Support
- Create and lead a dedicated team focused on B2B onboarding support technical assistance and partner success.
- Define processes and standards for proactive retention account expansion and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure response times support quality and technical issue resolution meet enterprise-level expectations.
Drive B2B Expansion & Partnerships
- Identify target and secure strategic high-potential partnerships with enterprise and institutional groups worldwide.
- Lead negotiations contract structures commercial terms and operational requirements for large-scale deployments.
End-to-End Pipeline & Deployment Ownership
- Own the complete commercial and operational lifecycle:
Prospecting Qualification Value Proposition Deal Structuring Closing Deployment Success Renewal Expansion
- Coordinate installation logistics timelines and operational readiness with BHOUTs internal teams.
Account Growth & Partner Enablement
- Build scalable models for onsite and remote activations training and continuous improvement.
- Ensure B2B clients are equipped to maximize the BHOUTs Bag usage and achieve strong outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Marketing to create vertical-specific campaigns B2B assets and outbound strategies.
- Work with Customer Success & Support (global) to align methodologies and ensure best-in-class service standards.
- Collaborate with Product Logistics and Operations to feed market insights into BHOUTs hardware software and experience evolution.
5. Who You Are
- A senior leader with experience running a full business vertical not just sales.
- Hands-on and comfortable acting as the lead seller until the team scales.
- Experienced in leading both sales and customer success roles.
- Comfortable working with hardware tech products multi-location partners and operational deployments.
- Strong operational and strategic thinker who can build teams processes and systems from zero.
- Excellent communicator capable of influencing C-level executives institutional buyers and operational teams.
- Willing and excited to travel globally for meetings negotiations partnerships and market development.
6. What Youll Need
- 712 years of experience in B2B leadership roles covering sales partnerships or customer success.
- A track record of closing strategic deals and managing enterprise accounts across multiple geographies.
- Experience with fitness sports tech corporate wellness hospitality hardware or technology-enabled products (strong plus).
- Experience managing recurring revenue models subscriptions renewals and usage/retention metrics.
- Proven ability to scale a vertical or department at global level.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage timelines resources and implementation processes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
