Role: Dutch speaking Customer Support Expert

Salary: 1309 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus meal allowance) plus 100 euro gross p/m performance bonus potential / or take the option to use company accomodation (so no cost for rent and utility bills): 1050 euro gross plus free accomodation

Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00.

You’ll work for a well-established international vehicle leasing company known for its focus on sustainability innovation and customer satisfaction supporting drivers with their day-to-day mobility needs.

What you’ll be doing

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Expert you will:

• Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone and email
• Support drivers with operational questions related to their leased vehicles
• Assist with:
  • Maintenance repairs bodywork & glazing appointments
  • Fuel cards and vehicle documentation
• Handle inbound and outbound calls including appointment coordination
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
• Ensure a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with your team to deliver a smooth and professional customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and good English skills
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced structured environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• A positive customer-focused mindset
