Job Summary

Job Title : Lead Enterprise Architect

Experience : 12-16 Years

Location : Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

Define and evolve enterprise architecture roadmaps across digital payments supply chain and store operations.
Lead solution design build reusable architectures and ensure security scalability and compliance.
Guide cloud-native design application modernization and data integration.
Promote DevOps practices CI/CD and deployment excellence.
Mentor architects and technical teams; foster innovation and execution excellence.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align architecture with strategic goals.

Requisites:

Expertise in full-stack technologies cloud platforms (AWS preferred) microservices API-led design and infrastructure as code.
Experience in scalable secure and resilient data architectures.
Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and DevOps principles.
Strong leadership mentoring collaboration and communication skills.
Knowledge of retail payments or supply chain platforms is a plus.
