About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Delivery Leads to drive large-scale technology transformation programs. The role requires technical background combined with excellent program management and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programs across multiple domains/accounts.
.
Partner with clients stakeholders and internal teams to define transformation roadmaps.
.
Ensure delivery excellence SLA adherence and governance.
.
Ensure compliance audit readiness and operational rigor.
.
Ensure on-time high-quality delivery with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to foster innovation and adoption of new technologies.
.
Collaborate with product engineering and business teams to scale solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
.
Proven experience in program/project management with strong delivery ownership.
.
Mentor PMs and delivery leads.
.
Drive competency development and team collaboration.
.
Exposure to AI/ML solutions GenAI applications or intelligent automation.
.
Understanding of modern AI platforms cloud ecosystems and AI adoption challenges.
.
Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.
.
Passion for technology transformation and ability to evangelize AI adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
.
16 years of IT/delivery experience with technical background
.
Certifications in RPA AI/ML GenAI or project/program management (PMP/Prince2/Agile) are a plus.
