A Leading Retail chain of Stores is looking for candidates with experience in endtoend retail operations across one or more stores ensuring sales targets profitability inventory control and high customerservice standards while leading store managers and frontend teams.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daytoday store operations: staffing store opening/closing cash management visual merchandising and adherence to SOPs.
Own sales and profitability KPIs: plan and track store targets drive conversion average bill value and repeat customers through effective instore execution.
Manage inventory and stock movement: replenishment stock accuracy shrinkage control audits and coordination with warehouse/supply chain.
Lead and coach store managers/supervisors: hiring training rostering performance reviews and ongoing skill development.
Implement and monitor operational processes for customer service returns/exchanges billing and complaint resolution.
Analyse store performance reports and take corrective actions on underperforming categories stores or processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies statutory norms safety and hygiene standards across all locations.
Requirements
Required skill sets
5 years of experience in retail operations (multistore or large format) with at least 23 years in a teamlead / managerial role.
Strong peoplemanagement skills: leading store managers and large frontend teams conflict resolution and motivation.
Solid understanding of retail KPIs (footfall conversion ATV UPT stock turns shrinkage) and experience using MIS/Excel and POS systems.
Proven ability in inventory management process implementation and audit/compliance in a retail environment.
Excellent communication and customerservice orientation; ability to handle escalations and ensure consistent brand experience.
Strong planning problemsolving and timemanagement abilities; comfortable working in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
