Job Summary

AuxoAI is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and own Data Operations for enterprise clients. This role combines deep hands-on understanding of modern data platforms with strong delivery management stakeholder engagement and offshore team leadership.

The ideal candidate brings experience implementing and managing Snowflake-based data platforms with a comprehensive understanding of Snowflake administration configuration performance security and cost management. The role is accountable for end-to-end delivery ownership operational excellence and reliable execution of critical monthly reporting and metrics while leading distributed offshore teams.

Responsibilities:

Act as overall delivery owner for Data Operations across platforms pipelines and reporting layers.

Own and manage critical monthly weekly and daily reporting cycles ensuring accuracy timeliness and reliability.

Track and report delivery metrics operational KPIs SLAs and quality indicators to senior stakeholders.

Proactively identify delivery risks dependencies and bottlenecks and drive mitigation plans.

Provide technical leadership and oversight for Snowflake data platform implementation and operations.

Own Snowflake account configuration administration and ongoing maintenance including:

o Warehouse management sizing auto-suspend/resume multi-cluster configuration workload isolation

o Performance optimization query tuning clustering strategies result caching warehouse optimization

o Cost governance credit usage monitoring cost attribution resource monitors usage optimization

o Security & access management RBAC design roles users privileges data masking row-level security

o Data governance features secure views data sharing time travel fail-safe retention policies

o Environment management dev/test/prod segregation release controls and promotion strategies

Oversee and guide teams working with dbt for data transformation testing and documentation.

Ensure best practices around modeling standards version control CI/CD and data quality checks.

Lead and manage offshore delivery teams including data engineers QA and support resources.

Provide technical direction mentoring and performance feedback to team members.

Drive accountability ownership and continuous improvement across the delivery team.

Ensure effective collaboration across time zones with onshore stakeholders.

Act as the primary technical and delivery point of contact for client stakeholders.

Translate business objectives into delivery plans execution roadmaps and operational priorities.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

12 years of overall experience in data engineering data platforms or analytics delivery.

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing Snowflake data platforms.

Strong working knowledge of dbt for transformations testing and documentation.

Demonstrated experience in Snowflake administration including performance security and cost optimization.

Strong delivery mindset with end-to-end ownership and accountability.

Ability to balance strategic delivery planning with hands-on technical oversight.

Proven experience leading offshore delivery teams in a global delivery model.

Experience owning production operations reporting cycles and operational metrics.

Prior experience in Informatica (PowerCenter / IDMC) will be considered a strong plus.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role with hands-on expertise in AWS and Azure cloud environments. Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps Git GitHub Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline automation. Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters (EKS AKS) and container orchestration platforms. Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures microservices and serverless computing. Familiarity with Azure Synapse ADF ADLS and AWS data services (EMR Redshift Glue) for data integration and analytics. Solid grasp of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform CloudFormation or ARM templates. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana) and logging solutions for cloud-based applications. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
