The Role
As Finance Business Partner youll act as the trusted advisor to senior leaders across manufacturing sites. Youll combine sharp financial insight with commercial acumen to influence decision-making support growth and ensure operational excellence.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial analysis insight and guidance.
- Deliver accurate forecasting budgeting and performance reporting.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and margin improvement.
- Support strategic projects focussed on cost saving and business cases.
- Build strong relationships across departments becoming the go-to finance contact for manufacturing leaders.

- Comfortable working in hybrid environments balancing site visits with remote collaboration.
