Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales forecasts volume goals and gross profit objectives.
- Lead train and mentor a team of Sales Consultants to support their performance and development.
- Demonstrate a professional leadership style that fosters enthusiasm accountability and teamwork.
- Partner with other dealership departments to maximize operational efficiency and overall profitability.
- Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and provide ongoing coaching throughout the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with guests and enhance the overall sales experience.
- Develop and maintain rapport with guests to support a consistent and loyal customer network.
- Provide continuous training guidance and support to sales staff; help manage all aspects of the sales department.
- Greet and assist all guests entering the showroom or lot ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Guide guests through vehicle selection by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs.
- Clearly explain vehicle features performance and benefits to help guests make informed purchasing decisions.
Job Requirements
- Commitment to training and developing sales staff within a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure.
- Highly energetic motivated and enthusiastic throughout the workday.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills especially in handling objections and negotiations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to complete a background check for sales licensing purposes.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently sitting standing walking talking and hearing.
- Occasional balancing stooping kneeling and crouching.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Working indoors/outdoors in different weather conditions year-round.
