| Job Description: | General Program Support: Provide general support and assistance to MFOS team with scholar engagement (emails meetings follow-up etc.) case management student outreach signature event support social media posting etc. Workshops and Seminar Support: Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to organize and facilitate workshops that address the needs of MFOS scholars and first-genstudents. The Student Assistant will assist in the planning promotion and execution of workshops as well as workshop management (grading on Canvas). Cohort Requirement Support: Provide support in the tracking management and reporting of scholar requirements utilizing data to send early warning notifications provide alternate assignments identify at-risk students and recommend resources to enhance scholar success. Other duties as assigned: Assist the MFOS team with various tasks and projects as needed to support program objectives. |
