The Opportunity

Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Managed Services team you will enhance client experiences and manage smooth resolution of complex challenges for Salesforce. As a Senior Associate you will provide ongoing support maintenance and enhancements to Salesforce environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance. This position allows you to take ownership of platform excellence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 4 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an administration business analyst or managed service capacity

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
