We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support smooth office operations. Your primary duties will include managing correspondence organizing and maintaining files and assisting with various data entry tasks
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and documents.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members.
- Manage office supplies inventory and reordering supplies as necessary.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
