You will assist customers with inquiries resolve issues and guide them through our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone email or chat in a professional manner.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records to ensure accurate tracking of issues.
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to management for process improvements.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and educating them about our services.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
