These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in Salesforce user experience at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for enhancing the user experience of various applications. You will analyse user needs design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and offer guidance and support for improving the overall user experience. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise user engagement increase user satisfaction and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you will facilitate Agile practices and secure project delivery. As a Senior Associate you will guide teams through the Scrum process fostering collaboration and continuous improvement while managing project timelines and deliverables. This role provides the opportunity to enhance your leadership skills and contribute to the successful execution of projects.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
- 4 to 8 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a support administrator or content operations role
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
