Key Responsibilities
Lead the Team: Manage and support telesales agents to reach their sales goals.
Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategies to grow revenue and retain customers.
Monitor Performance: Track team performance and provide feedback to improve results.
Training: Train and mentor agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Customer Calls: Join calls when needed to ensure great service and solve issues.
Set Targets: Establish and review sales targets for the team.
Improve Processes: Continuously enhance telesales workflows for better productivity.
Key Requirements
3-5 years of telesales experience with 1-2 years in a leadership role handling team leaders.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good understanding of telesales and customer engagement.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
